Hot-dip galvanized steel grating also called bar grating, is made of load-bearing flat steel and cross bars arranged in a certain interval, welded into original plates by high-voltage resistance welding machines, and then processed into finished products through cutting, notching, opening holes, hemming and other processes. The welded steel grating is immersed in molten zinc liquid, and a dense zinc layer is formed on the surface of the steel grating through the zinc-iron alloy reaction. This process can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the steel grating and extend its service life.
